You can create course templates, allocate these then monitor all other staff training in external and internal courses, whether they are face to face or online. The system will notify staff of attendance via SMS and email, and send map data for directions.
Staff can then login and upload their certificates or attendance records directly through their individual dashboard and you receive notifications when the documents are ready to be reviewed through your iinduct Administration Dashboard.
You can also run comprehensive reports across your organisation on what training is due and whose doing (or has not done) specific training.
